Spiritual Practices
Each session of Growing in Faith begins with a spiritual practice—a simple, intentional way to pause, breathe, and connect with God. Over the course of the program, participants experience a variety of practices that can be used for personal devotion, in small groups, or within congregational life.
To help carry these practices beyond the classroom, we provide one-page guides describing each practice so participants can revisit them in their own settings and share them with others.
